Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to MiyukiBeads-ME (“Site”). The owner of the Site is Craft Me Portal LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) under license number 816714 (“we”, “our” or “us”), and provides website features and other products and services to you (“Services”) when you visit or shop at MiyukiBeads-ME.

 

The standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. Please read them carefully.

 

By becoming familiar with and following our policies, you'll help us maintain a safe environment for all, and be able to avoid interruptions that might come from inadvertent violations of our rules.

 

These general terms and conditions (GTC) may be subject to modifications. The applicable GTC are those in force on the day the customer places the order. The last date of update of the GTC is indicated at the top of this page. These conditions apply throughout the duration of online services offered by MiyukiBeads-ME.

 

  1. Eligibility and Obligations

 

  1. You are eligible to register and benefit from the Services if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. if you are above the legal age for purchasing products in your country of residence; and

  2. if you are able to provide an address in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Egypt for delivery of products.

 

  1. We collect your personal information (name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, etc.) in order to provide and continually improve our products and services. You do not have to give us this information, however, if you do not, you may not be able to shop on our site, or you may not be able to receive the best customer experience possible.

 

  1. When using or accessing the Site, you agree that you:

  1. will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself; and

  2. will receive and respond to messages sent through email such as the status of your order, etc.

 

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

 

  1. All contents included in or made available in the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of MiyukiBeads-ME or the property of our suppliers and licensors. We (or our suppliers and licensors, as the case may be) retain all right, title and interest in and to the Site and the Services, including, without limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights therein.

  1. Product Availability

 

  1. The products are offered within the limits of available stocks, it being specified that MiyukiBeads-ME does its best to ensure that the majority of products are always available.

 

  1. Each Product Sheet contains information on the availability of the product.

 

  1. The availability of articles is updated as regularly as possible. However, especially for items with limited stocks, despite our vigilance, glitches may occur between the time the customer places the order and the time it has been confirmed or paid, resulting in possible discrepancies between the item being available or sold out.

 

  1. If a product turns out to be temporarily or definitively unavailable, we will keep you informed as soon as possible by e-mail of the lack of the product ordered, knowing that, if your order contains several articles, we will send you the available articles. In the event of a definitive shortage of products ordered, MiyukiBeads-ME reimburses the amount of unavailable products.

 

  1. Payment and Billing

 

  1. Order Acceptance. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g. by email). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and will not charge you for the product.

 

  1. Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processer to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment by,

  1. credit/debit card (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt);

  1. In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.

  1. cash on delivery (within UAE only)

 

  1. Cancelling Order. You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.

 

  1. Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order(s) if:

  1. you do not make any payment to us when it is due;

  2. you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or

  3. you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.

 

  1. Delivery or Shipping Details

​

  1. A delivery charge of only AED 20 for all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

​​

  1. Only AED 50 for delivery to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Egypt.

  1. The above shipping charge is the standard rate applied to International Shipments. The customer may be required to pay additional shipping-related costs upon the delivery of order.

  1. There are some products whose numbers are limited. It can be sold out by the time your order has been confirmed. We shall inform you immediately through email and let you know the estimated delivery date.

 

  1. Orders placed within UAE and outside UAE

  1. For orders placed within UAE:

  1. orders placed from Sundays to Wednesdays before 1PM, delivery will be on the next business day, provided that stocks of the ordered items are at hand; otherwise, delivery will be on the 2nd business day from the date you placed the order

  2. orders placed from Sundays to Wednesdays after 1PM, delivery will be on the 2nd business day

  3. orders placed on Thursdays before 1PM, delivery will be on Sunday

  4. orders placed on Thursdays after 1PM, delivery will be on Monday

  5. orders placed during the weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), delivery will only be on Monday

 

  1. For orders placed outside of UAE, delivery will be 5 to 7 days maximum from the date order was placed.

 

  1. We are using third party service providers, e.g., Fetchr and SpeedEx, in delivering your order. Once order has been collected, the shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for the delivery. From this point on, we no longer have control over your order.

 

  1. Delivery Delays:

  1. if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;

  2. if no one is available at your address to take delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to rearrange delivery. However, we can assist you in this matter in any way we can;

  3. after a failed delivery to you, and you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery, we will cancel your order.

 

  1. Title to Products. The products remain the property of MiyukiBeads-ME until full payment of the price. A product will be considered owned by you and your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the delivery address and you have paid for the product, that is in case of COD.

 

  1. Invoice. We will issue a computer-generated invoice for your purchase and send such invoice together with your order. This will serve as our official invoice.

 

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

 

  1. At MiyukiBeads-ME, we offer you a 10-day return policy. If you are not happy with any product or if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of receipt.

 

  1. All you need to do is fill up the form found at the “Return and Exchange Policy” section of the website and our customer service representative will get back to you on how to complete the process.

 

  1. Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item, or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months.

 

  1. If you paid COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be given a refund in the form of MiyukiBeads-ME store credit.

 

  1. Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:

  1. an item may only be returned within 10 days from the date you receive your product;

  2. it must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels;

  3. we do not offer direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be cancelled, and you will have to place a new order. You can also use the MiyukiBeads-ME credit note to make the new purchase.

 

  1. General

 

  1. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

 

  1. Force Majeure. Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage or for any delay or failure in performance due to acts beyond the control of such party whether or not such acts could reasonably be anticipated (including acts of God, legislative, judicial or regulatory acts of any provincial or the federal government, court or regulatory authority, blackouts, embargoes).
